We specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation, CranioSacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Kinesiology Taping, Cupping, Swedish Massage, and more. By combining these techniques to create customized sessions, our experienced staff makes every massage a unique experience. We believe that movement is medicine, and it is our goal to help the body heal itself.

Born and raised in the Monadnock region, Heather has been an athlete and avid outdoors person her whole life. Although she was recruited to college for softball, she decided to pursue a degree in ceramics at Maine College of Art instead. Since her college graduation in 2010, she has lived in Colorado, Australia, Maine, and the Seacoast area of New Hampshire.
Shortly after her return to the East Coast in 2014, she finally pursued her dream and enrolled in a Massage Therapy program. Having a pre-existing understanding of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, massage therapy was the perfect fit for Heather. She knew from the very first day that she had made the right choice. As an inherently nurturing person, she was drawn to the physicality, creativity, and problem solving that is involved with massage therapy. Her work has now become her driving force, and she continuously aims to help her clients reach their wellness goals.
Heather opened Monadnock Therapeutic Bodyworks in 2018 and currently resides in Peterborough with her dogs, Buddy and Rosie, and her partner, Kyle. Because of their passion for health, wellness and delicious food, Heather and Kyle have teamed up to open a dedicated gluten and dairy free cafe in Peterborough called Vital Provisions. She is also apprenticing to become an herbalist.
